FAQ`s

What should I bring to the courses and what to consider?

Comfortable clothes, yoga mat, meditation blanket, warm socks and water. 
We recommend not eating anything or consuming large amounts of fluid two hours before the course.

When should I join the classes?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the course starts so that you can relax and the courses can start on time. Also we want to check the camera positions before zoom meetings.

What do I do if I have physical impairments?

Please speak to your teacher before the course if you have any pain or health restrictions or acute phase of injury or disease. Please also inform us if you are pregnant. (contact us here)

Which course is suitable for me?

You will find a short description of each course on the website here.
If you have any questions, it's best to contact us directly. We can then clarify in a personal conversation (via phone or mail) which courses are best suited for you.

How does your booking system work?

Most of our courses are open classes to offer you maximum flexibility and freedom in your choice of course. You can choose between a single drop-in or monthly membership. 
You can easily book all tariffs online via the course schedule. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.  A reserved mat space can be canceled free of charge up to one day before the start of the course. Thereafter there will be no refund.
To use it, you must register once with a valid email address and a password. The booking system automatically offers you all tariffs that are valid for the respective course. 

When do the courses take place?

You can find our daily course schedule on our website here.
If a course is canceled or rescheduled at short notice, we will announce this via mail notification.

How often should I practice?

We recommend practicing yoga at least twice a week. You will quickly enjoy positive changes physically and mentally.
